The Indiana Government Resource List is a selected list of links to information by and about Indiana. The resources included supplement IN.gov, the information portal to the government of the State of Indiana and to STATS Indiana, the statistical resource center provided by the Indiana University Business Research Center.
The resources list began as a project to make Indiana state government information easier to identify and retrieve. Most useful government information is often buried in the most unlikely sources. The aim therefore is to make government information more readily accessible.
Nearly all of the links in the index are to local, state, and federal government sites, to universities (including university research centers), and to not-for-profit organizations. The federal government provides a great deal of local-level information. Probably most of us never guessed this information was available when print was the only option.
Every effort is made to provide access to authoritative and "useful" information; but neither the compiler, nor Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne is responsible for misinformation.
