Article 5 - Allen County Economic Development Commission 

1-5-1 Chapter 1: Creation of Commission

There is hereby created in Allen County an Economic Development Commission to be known as the "Allen County Economic Development Commission."

1-5-2 Chapter 2: Commissioners

The Commission shall be made up of three (3) commissioners who shall be appointed by and for the terms as set forth in I.C. 36-7-12 et sec., as the same exists as of the date of adoption of this Ordinance or may hereinafter be amended.

1-5-3 Chapter 3: Powers of Commission

The Commission is hereby granted the power to adopt bylaws, rules, and adopt a fee schedule, so long as same do not conflict with enabling legislation of this Ordinance.
