Article 12 - Creation of Fund to Convey Real Property 

1-12-1 Chapter 1: Enabling Provision

Pursuant to the authority granted to the County Commissioner pursuant to Indiana Code 36-2-9-18, there is hereby established a One Dollar ($1.00) fee for the endorsement by the Auditor on instruments conveying real property in the County of Allen.

1-12-2 Chapter 2: Exclusive Use of Fund

A special fund is hereby created in to which all funds generated by the preceding chapter shall be placed. Said funds shall be used exclusively for maintaining the plat books of Allen County.
