Dr. Henderson came to IPFW in 1966 to teach history. He became acting chancellor from 1978-1980. As a history professor his areas of research were 19th century U.S. history and constitutional history. He received degrees from University of Texas (A.B., 1959; A.M., 1961; Ph.D., 1966).
