Professor Emery came to IPFW in 1966. He received degrees from Indiana Institute of Technology (B.S., 1952), Ohio State University (B.S., 1956) and Purdue University (M.S., 1966). PE (Indiana). He was recipient of the Amoco Outstanding Teaching Award in 1979. Professor Emery died on October 4, 2001.
