2-5-1 Chapter 1: Basic Minimum FeeThere shall be a basic minimum fee paid of either six-hundred-fifty dollars ($650.00) or four percent (4%) of the engineers' estimates of the costs of the storm drainage improvement, whichever is greater. Said fee shall be paid at the time a subdivision plat or development plan is submitted to the Allen County Surveyor for review and secondary approval, as provided for in the Allen County Zoning Ordinance.
2-5-2 Chapter 2: Inspection Time RecordsThe Allen County Surveyor, who is responsible for conducting the necessary inspections, shall keep a record of the hours spent in conducting inspections and shall compute the time expended at the following rates: twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour for one man as an inspector, and fifty-five dollars ($55.00) for two (2) men as a surveying crew.
2-5-3 Chapter 3: Additional FeesBefore the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy provided for in the Allen County Zoning Ordinance, the Surveyor shall compute whether the actual hours expended in making inspections is in excess of the basic fee minimums, and if so, shall so inform the developer. The amount in excess of time value actually expended over the minimum provided for herein shall constitute additional fees due. The developer hereunder shall pay any additional fees due to the Allen County Surveyor before the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
2-5-4 Chapter 4: Effective DateThis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage according to law.
