2-6-1 Chapter 1: Review Of StructureThe Allen County Surveyor shall review proposed storm drainage structures by land developers for the purpose of appraising and accepting or rejecting said proposals prior to their acceptance and construction.
2-6-2 Chapter 2: Initial FeeAny subdivision plat or development plan for which secondary approval is sought shall be submitted to the Allen County Surveyor for approval and acceptance of the proposed storm drainage plan. This shall be done prior to secondary approval being granted by the Allen County Plan Commission of the subdivision plat or development plan. At the time the subdivision plat or development plan is submitted to the Surveyor, the applicant shall pay to the Surveyor an initial storm drainage review fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each acre or any portion thereof, within the subdivision plat or development plan. Such review shall entitle the applicant to an initial review of the subdivision plat or development plan, and a second review following the first revision thereof.
2-6-3 Chapter 3: Additional FeeThe applicant shall pay to the Surveyor an additional storm drainage review fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour for any further or additional reviews of the storm drainage plan by the Surveyor. Such additional review fee shall be paid prior to approval and acceptance by the Surveyor of the storm drainage plan.
