Helmke Library's IM reference service is available to IPFW students, faculty, and staff, and to members of the surrounding community who need the help an academic library provides. As with any service at Walter E. Helmke Library, information collected through IM reference service is governed by our privacy policy and is not shared with others.
IM Reference Service will be available during regular hours of library operation as frequently as staffing allows. If the available operators are unable to respond to your question, it will be e-mailed to ref@ipfw.edu and answered as soon as possible.
