Full Description:

This Lexis-Nexis database includes up to seven reporting levels, listing parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and more. Information is drawn from current annual reports, SEC filings and extensive news sources, and updated frequently. With its search capacity, this electronic version extends and replaces the print version previously held at the library.

Quick Search screen (default) allows users to search public or private firms by company name, ticker symbol, location, industry sector, NAICS or SIC codes, sales revenue or reporting level. Use the Advanced Search to search by product or brand. Result lists can be downloaded to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Individual records must be printed screen by screen.
