Google helps locate Web sites that include all or some of your search terms or phrases, and shows the context in which they appear. Google scans billions of Web pages based on a search algorithm that ranks pages not just by content and keywords, but by how many other Web pages are linked to the page. Search Google by simply entering keywords or phrases, without Boolean operators AND, OR. Google also supports advanced searching options to help refine and limit search results. Use the specialty search engine Google Scholar (under Google's More menu) to find scholarly materials more quickly (and reap the benefits of IPFW's IU-Link linking tool, which authenticates access to thousands of licensed journals).
