Instructors may give their class an assignment to film various activities on campus, including the library. The library is happy to accommodate these requests under certain guidelines. We ask that they schedule a time with us that includes when, where, who, and what they want to film. They can film library staff, but they need the permission, in writing, of any students that they wish to include in the filming. The university media waiver form is available on the library’s Copyright Information site.
Instructors should have students contact Amy Harrison (harrisoa@ipfw.edu or 481-6514) to schedule a time when it will be appropriate and convenient for the students to do any filming assignment in the library.
