New group workstations - 2005-12-07

New group workstations are now available in the library on the second and fourth floors. You must have an active IPFW network account to use these group workstations and gain access to the library's electronic information resources and all of the software available in the student-access computing lab on the first floor.

The library will be open longer hours during finals week, December 11 - 18.

Special Needs Funds Due Nov. 1. - 2005-10-28

Special Needs Funds from the library's endowment are again available this year for specially defined needs such as support for a new program.   Proposals from Non-Arts & Sciences Departments are due November 1, 2005.  More information, including the guidelines and an application for these funds are available on the library's Special Needs Funds Web page (http://www.lib.ipfw.edu/684.html).

Explore the Native Trees of Indiana River Walk - 2005-05-16

Explore the Native Trees of Indiana River Walk a new site provided by the IPFW Physical Plant featuring trees found on the campus of IPFW. The site features a 1.25 mile walking trail (one way) which identifies more than 80 tree species native to Indiana. The Web site offers tree lists by common and scientific name and an interactive map with information about each individual tree species.
